Empress Shianne Harragrand ( Shy-ann-a Harr-a-grand )                                                                                                                          Empress of the country Valdagarr, one of the most powerful nations upon the world. Shianne has ruled that Valdagrarr is the rightful ruler of the world, and is destined to conquer all other races.                                                                                                                                      The Orcs were the fist race to be “conquered”, although in fact submitted voluntarily to Shianne ( in return for the luxuries of civilized life ) and have become her private thugs and enforcers. Prior to this, the Orcs were Valdagarr’s national enemies, so the vast majority of Shianne’s subjects object bitterly to this new peace, although not to loudly or else the Orcs will quickly see to silencing them.                                                                                                                                Shianne has never been seen without her veil. She claims she is still in mourning for the death of her father Villhiem Harragrand who was killed in the final battle with the Orcs some two years ago. Most people do not believe this however, and assume she has a more sinister reason for hiding her face Rumors claim she is possessed by a daemon, or not really Shianne at all, but someone impersonating her.

Sir Morr Zavire ( Sir M-or Za-v-ear )                                                                                                                                                                          An inventor and mechanical genius. Currently the head weapons researcher for the Valdagarr armed forces, as well as the leader of the Solar Legion, the guards of the imperial palace.                                                                                                                                           He originally studied the science of magic. but after an accident which turned his body into living metal, he has since moved on to the subject of electricity. He is also the inventor of the Solar Lance, a powerful laser weapon used by the Solar Legion.

Brunagarr ( Bru-nah-garr )                                                                 Empress Shianne’s personal bodyguard. Not much has been reviled about Brunagarr so far, but it is fairly self apparent that he is one of the many monstrous savage creatures that Shianne has brought into the empire.

All that needs to be know in the story so far is that he is very big, very strong and very scary.
